I bought the obj. 416 a couple of days ago, already researched everything but I don't like it and I absolutely suck in it while I"m not a bad player or something. do you have any tips for me how to play it.

Well, the 416 is obviously not your standard medium. With that great gun, you want to be able to use it most effectively.
Firstly, assume you have no armour, because you really don't have any. You can pull off some troll bounces but really you cannot count on it. Considering this, you want to be staying back at the start of the game and sniping, unless there is a specific advantageous position on the map you are playing on (e.g. the hill on Mines)
Don't play it like a normal medium (i.e. don't even think about brawling, with your poor armour and hp this just won't work out), as I have said before, stay back and snipe (make sure you get into positions that will allow you to do this, you'll learn these spots as you get more experience in the tank).
